Billing & Plans
Manage your subscription, payments, and invoices
WAF360 offers multiple subscription tiers to fit your needs. Billing management is available to Master users from the Account Settings section.
WAF360 offers four plan tiers:
- Free — Basic features for getting started
- Basic — Core security and bot protection
- Professional — Advanced protection and ad fraud prevention
- Enterprise — Full feature set with enterprise-grade support
Choose between Monthly and Yearly billing. Yearly plans offer savings compared to monthly pricing.
Pricing is available in GBP, USD, and EUR. Your currency is auto-detected based on your locale but can be changed.
- Go to Account Settings > Billing Plans
- Browse available plans and their features
- Select Monthly or Yearly billing
- Click the plan you want to subscribe to
- Complete the checkout process through Stripe
Your current plan is marked with a checkmark icon and shows an Active status badge.
To upgrade or downgrade your plan:
- Go to Billing Plans
- Select a different plan
- If you have a payment card on file, the switch happens immediately
- If 3D Secure verification is required, complete the additional verification step
- Go to Billing Plans
- Click Cancel on your current plan
- Your plan remains active until the end of the billing period
- A Cancelled status badge shows the expiry date
If you cancel but change your mind before the plan expires:
- Go to Billing Plans
- Click Resume to reactivate your plan
Manage your payment method through the Stripe-powered card management interface:
- Go to Account Settings > Payment Card
- Add or update your credit/debit card details
View your billing history and download invoices:
- Go to Account Settings > Invoice
- Your current plan and status are displayed at the top
- Browse the invoice history table with pagination
