Managing Organizations

Create and manage organizations, users, and roles

Organizations are the top-level structure in WAF360. Each organization groups projects, users, and rules together. This guide covers how to create and manage organizations.

Creating an Organization

  1. Navigate to Organizations in the sidebar
  2. Click New Organization
  3. Fill in the organization details:
    • Name — A unique identifier for the organization
    • Display Name — The name shown in the UI
  4. Click Save to create the organization

Organization Settings

To access settings, click the Settings icon next to your organization or navigate to the organization's settings page.

General Settings

Update your organization's basic information:

  • Name — The organization identifier
  • Display Name — User-facing name

Users & Permissions

Only available to Master users.

Manage team members and their access levels.

Inviting Users

  1. Go to Users & Permissions in the organization settings
  2. Click Invite
  3. Enter the user's email address
  4. Click Send Invitation

The invited user will receive an email with a link to join your organization.

User Roles

WAF360 uses role-based access control with the following roles:

  • Master — Full access to all organization settings, users, billing, and configuration
  • Admin — Can manage projects and rules within the organization
  • Member — View access to projects and analytics

Editing User Roles

  1. Click on a user in the Users list
  2. Modify their assigned Organizations and Roles
  3. Click Save to apply changes

Removing Users

To remove a user from an organization, click the remove action next to their name and confirm the deletion.

Pending Invitations

View and manage invitations that haven't been accepted yet. You can cancel a pending invitation if needed.

Activity Log

Only available to Master users.

View a chronological log of actions taken within the organization, including user changes, project modifications, and rule updates.

Organization Usage

Monitor your organization's consumption metrics:

  • Page Views (30 Days) — Total page views across all projects
  • Total Users — Number of users in the organization
  • Total Projects — Number of active projects

You can view page view trends over different time ranges: 1 Week, 1 Month, 2 Months, or 90 Days.

Deleting an Organization

  1. Go to the organization's General settings
  2. Scroll to the Danger Zone section
  3. Confirm the deletion by typing the organization name
  4. Click Delete

This action is permanent and will remove all projects, rules, and data associated with the organization.
